Falconer Marine Industries
Falconer Marine was the successor to Armstrong Brothers, which had been started by Robert Armstrong in 1908 and was an established builder of fishing vessels and yachts. It was located at the north end of Kingston Street, roughly where the Wyndham Hotel is now.

Victoria Motor Boat’s history is a mystery. Its yard was on Bay Street, between Bridge Street and Pleasant Street, facing the Upper Harbour. It appears to be a cement plant today.
