The Victoria Esquimalt Harbour Society (VEHS) is a group of harbour stakeholders united to providing vision, knowledge and guidance for vibrant activity and commerce at the interface between land and sea in both Victoria and Esquimalt Harbours.

The Society was formed in 1998 as the Working Harbour Society to represent harbour stakeholders in negotiations associated with the formation of the Greater Victoria Harbour Authority (GVHA). The VEHS continues to represent stakeholder interests on the GVHA Board and acts as a voice for its stakeholder interests in both of our working harbours.
