The view across the harbour to downtown Victoria

Salish Seaside RV Haven is located on an historic and private peninsula of Victoria’s harbour. The majority of the sites are shore side and command spectacular views of the city and the towering Olympic Mountains across the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The brand new amenity building at the heart of the complex features modern washrooms, showers, laundry,  upstairs meeting room with barbecues, decks breathtaking views, and a fireplace. Designed with the latest in RV park thinking, The Haven is big rig friendly, with 50 Amp power and free WiFi. . It is owned and operated by the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations.

The West Song and Songhees boardwalk trail starts right at the adjacent marina and winds its way over the beach and rocky foreshore all the way to the new Johnson Street Bridge downtown, 2.75 kilometres away. It’s a level walk along the boardwalk, and most people can walk it in under 1/2 hour.

Or break up the walk using Harbour Ferries. Regularly scheduled stops right at the park take guests, their dogs, and their bicycles, to locations all around the harbour. Walk to Spinnakers Brewpub and ferry back, or ferry to Barb’s Fish and Chips at Fisherman’s Wharf and walk to the Empress Hotel and ferry back.
