Patron-Seal-flatVictoria Inner Harbour Airport or Victoria Harbour Water Airport (IATA: YWH, ICAO: CYWH) is the home of Harbour Air, the world’s largest seaplane airline. Harbour Air’s link to Vancouver Harbour Water Airport is Canada’s busiest air route by number of weekly flights.

The Victoria Inner Harbour Airport is an international port of entry by Nav Canada and is staffed by the Canada Border Services Agency. The airport is currently regulated to handle small airline and general aviation aircraft with no more than 15 passengers. Only floatplanes and seaplanes can use the airport.
